Innovation is the key to success.

Several decades of experience in engineering high quality exhaust systems for a solid basis for the success of LASER. Continuous efforts are made with the research and development of new techniques, materials and designs. State of the art equipment is used for the development of any new exhaust model.

Design

Every new Laser exhaust design study starts with over 35 years of Laser R&D/Design experience! Specialized CAD / CAM engineers create a digital model of each new design. This design is tested with the use of Laser’s engine / exhaust computer simulation programs.

Prototype

Based on the digitally designed model a first prototype is constructed. This prototype is used for material and performance testing. Different materials are put to the test in the state of the art LASER R&D test facilities.

After the ‘in house’ testing has been completed the prototype is taken out to the street or track for endurance testing. Endurance testing is done in order to assure maximum durability of new designs.

High standards

Any LASER prototype has to meet the highest standards on; performance increase, weight reduction, sound regulations and emissions. No exhaust is taken into production before every aspect is thoroughly looked at.
