Foster RAD Warranty Assistance:

Please review the Laser Engineering Warranty Booklet that came with your item. It clearly outlines the warranty that covers your purchase. Very clearly Laser Engineering is the guarantor and the responsible party when it comes to factory defects.

Warranty issues must be communicated to us as soon as possible by phone at 718-468-4680 or by E-Mail.

We will issue a RTV number to you should you have a warranty issue. The item in question must be returned to us at the expense of the purchaser and have an RTV number for warranty consideration.

Please note that all warranty claims are quickly submitted to Laser Engineering the manufacturer. It is their decision as the guarantor, as to what action to take. We assume no warranty liability – express or implied -  but we will facilitate the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf and make sure that it is resolved quickly.
